It’s finally Saturday and I’ve been meaning to tell you about this all week.
Kari has a new post up this week about her work in Uganda. Y’all, she has the coolest story. And God is showing up HUGE in her obedience. Please go read her.
AND – she just launched a website for her Dorcas Widows ministry in Kampala. This is the greatest thing – because there are stories that need to be told. Lord willing, the website will facilitate more support for this outstanding ministry.
I talked with Kari this week and secured permission to have a button created for my blog. You can click on the Dorcas Widows button in my sidebar to see what incredible things God is doing in Kampala for His Beloved.
I know it would be a huge encouragement to Kari for you to check out her blog and the Dorcas Widows website. God is doing stuff over there that only He can do.

Thank you so much my dear friend for your honesty in posting your life for others to read! I have to admit I loved reading every delicious part. I am honored that you would highlight the challenges of the widows I have come to call friends. These women are strong, beautiful and have a sense of survival that is truly awe inspiring! Some people wonder whether God is real….all I can say is that if he wasn’t these women would be dead. I went in search of God and I found him just where he said he would be…with the poor.
