What errands did you get for Christmas??
I had exchanges at Gap and Banana Republic. The Gap returns were my own fault. The Gap returns were for items I LEFT AT THE COUNTER FOR SPIN TO PICK UP.
They didn’t fit. Damned Gap sizing. Two items. Both XS. One too small and one too big. Go figure.
The Crate & Barrel boxes? A good effort…… glass toiletry/ cotton ball/ q-tip holder thingys….. Spin won’t let me exchange them for something I want. (I’mma be in SOOOOO much trouble for this post. Better go get my sexy on.)

I will admit. I actually gave Spin an errand for Christmas. (gasp!!)
I know. The audacity…..
But it’s true.
In his stocking?
A WINNING lottery ticket.

Even then, it was an errand he refused to run. He didn’t want to be seen cashing in a lottery ticket (the shame!) , so he mailed it in instead. The check came Friday.

Had to drive my daughter and g’son to Indiana to meet with docs, then had to get them back a week and a half later to start radiation. Fought with some people to get my expenses reimbursed..rudest people ever. Did some shopping for their trip, had to find a flight for them last minute, succeeded and was able to fly with them in a private jet to IN. Worked full time, and admired my Anne Taintor calendar that i won from you! Thank you again! Love it!

Our gift to each other this year was an emergency replacement of a portion of our main sewer line……I KNOW!! let the jealousy commence. It will result in at least another several hundred dollars and month’s worth of landscaping in the spring to fix the GIANT hole/mound of dirt. So I guess we gave each other lots of errands for Christmas.
but really…I’m just wondering how something that’s an XS *from the Gap* can be too big for anyone that’s not younger than say….ummm…12?? I don’t even bother to shop at the Gap cuz nothing there ever fits me right. Hmm…..

well, in january i had to do nothing. since hubby and i didn’t give each other presents this year, nothing to return, exhange, or giggle in excitment. yes, this was a very exciting christmas …
i can hardly wait to replicate again this year …
