Laughed out loud at this one. I have like 40-some drafts hanging around in WordPress limbo, some of which were started like a year ago. I literally found one about my eldest daughter’s bday, and in 10 days she will be having her NEXT bday. sheesh.

Agreed. People I didn’t want to find my blog, found my blog. I don’t say anything about them on there because I’m not tacky like they are, but the point was that it was a space where I could just talk about anything without their commentary on it.

I hate being censored too, but it was my own damned fault – trying to drum up traffic, so I fed it into my facebook posts and now all my church peeps are like, “So…. ’bout your last post…” At first I was all, GAH! about it, but it gave me pause to think about *my own* (not yours) blogging content and whether I was using my blog in such a manner that I had two different personas (one worldly and the other that of a Christian). I felt personally convicted by that and thus have far fewer readers than I used to. Wow – that got long!

As for the whole topics turning into sub-topics faster than water gives birth to more gremlins – I am totally with ya and have drafts from this summer still only partially written.

Speaking of filtering … the boss of my boss, as in the big boss (aka my pastor) reads my blog pretty much every day … ’nuff said.

He corrected me about using the work “damn” when I was quoting “Gone With the Wing.” How you like them apples?

I’ve deleted more posts than I’ve written. I do hate that I’m now censored, but I guess it’s a good thing.
