Anne Taintor’s artwork combines “vintage images with Anne’s own interpretation of what these men and women might really be thinking.”
And I LOVE them because they are a RIOT. I just love the “bad girl” captions on the “good girl” photos.
Anne just taps into my rebellious, irreverent side. (Although, I need to say that I love my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and an authentic relationship with Him is my priority.) Still, I’m not about “appearances”, “self-righteousness” or being a “Bible-bangin’-goody-two-shoes”. God knows my heart.

My relationship with Anne Taintor is not all I would lead you to believe. I swear I’m not a stalker, I just love her stuff.
Anne has graciously given me permission to share her designs on my blog as long as I credit her (like I could come up with that stuff?! Riiiiiight!), and as long as I don’t profit financially from her work. (snort! Can you hear my husband laughing?!)
So far, I’m in the red (which happens to be my favorite color!!) as it pertains to this blog. Just ask him. I have no intention of blogging to generate income. I’m here to have fun and keep it real. I’m happy as a “cash negative” in our household. And hubby is content to keep it that way as well. (He’s a Prince, y’all!)
In the process of securing permission to use Anne’s work, I have been in communication with her General Manager, Hannah, and Anne has emailed me twice. She’s read my blog and has commented that she really enjoys fan mail. (Do me a favor, email her and tell her she rocks! It will make her day! And don’t forget to tell her Soliloquy sent you!)
So whatever traffic I can send her way is terrific, but purchases are better. I’m just sayin’.
